Well, thinking about these come naturally to us. When Pakistan bombed Indian airbases in 1971, a full-scale war broke out on both the western and eastern fronts (present day Bangladesh). The Pakistan army along with its belligerents planned to attack and capture Kutch, a district in the west-most part of India, Gujarat. It is here that the region of&nbsp;Nadabet and the Border Security Force (BSF), our first line of defence played a pivotal role in national defence. The BSF were not only successful in preventing the enemy\u2019s advances; it also ended up capturing over a 1000 square kilometres of enemy territory, before political powers returned it after the Shimla Agreement was signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Border_Tourism_Seema_Darshan_in_Nadabet\"><\/span>Border Tourism (Seema Darshan) in Nadabet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inaugurated in 2016 by the Tourism department of the Gujarat Government and the BSF\u2019s Western frontier to&nbsp;boost border-tourism&nbsp;in the state, the&nbsp;Seema Darshan&nbsp;project aims to instil a sense of patriotism and strives to bridge the gap between civilians and our border sentinels. It aims to make the common man watch, feel and learn about the way things work on our borders. In addition, this seeks to give one an insider\u2019s look, a different perspective into the lives of the BSF personnel serving at the borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Things_to_do_at_Nadabet\"><\/span>Things to do at Nadabet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Like most other tourist places, even this unique place wouldn\u2019t be complete if it did not leave you with enough memories.
